It’s time to be detailed with your desires. This will take a depth of honesty that you may be unaccustomed to. This is the realm of pure, primal craving that originates deep in the Ancient Reptilian Brain—the amygdala—and while this *desire* has led to the current flourishing reproduction of your species, it is running rampant in you with very little outlet. Are we addicted to swiping through endless “matches” on an app? Do we dart from flower to flower simply to pollinate as many as possible before we die, or are we looking for something deep and meaningful and nourishing?
